We were learning all about the home through Aistear this week. At the Construction area we used giant blocks to make a house and at the Art table we got creative using 2D shapes to create a house.

A Science Experiment
The boys had to make a waterproof roof for their Lego house. They had fun learning about the properties and characteristics of materials. The materials that they used were sticks, card, plastic, fabric and metal.

Our first Aistear theme was ‘Myself’. The boys were involved in pretend play at the tuff tray, washing and drying the baby and creating self portraits at the art station.
