As we enter this period of remote learning we, as an Active Flag Committee got together (virtually) to plan how we will continue our Active Flag journey. We decided upon the introduction of Active Homework! Everyday we will post a seesaw activity with the Active Homework for that night! It is great to see our boys being so active at home! 😁
Week 1 - The Days of the Week!
For the first week of Active Homework we are going to spell out each Day of the Week and do an exercise for each letter from our activity list attached!
This means that on Thursday our Active Homework will be:
T - Touch your toes 10 times!
H- 15 Star Jumps
U - 12 Star Jumps
R - Touch your left hand off of your right foot 10 times!
S - Touch the floor and jump up 10 times!
D - Run on the spot for 1 minute!
A - Touch your toes 10 times!
Y - Throw a ball/ rolled up sock in the air and catch it 7 times!
This means that on Thursday our Active Homework will be:

Well done on last weeks active homework there were some excellent efforts!
As part of our Active School Flag application we have introduced Active Homework that we hope you can do each day! 😀
This week we will use an online dice to decide what activity you will do.
Roll the dice and if you get number:
1- 10 tuck jumps
2- 10 jumping jacks
3- 15 seconds of high knees
4- 15 seconds heel flicks
5- 10 lunges
6- 10 squats
Each boy is to roll the dice 3 times for each active break. I cant wait to see the wonderful activities!!

A big well done to everyone on completing two weeks of Active Homework!
For week 3 we are going to be using a deck of cards!
If you have a deck of cards at home that's great, if not you can use this online deck of cards! http://random-cards.com/1-shuffled-deck/
Each deck of cards has 4 suits! Each suit has an exercise!
❤ - Hearts - 10 Star Jumps.
♦ - Diamonds - 10 Squat jumps.
♠ - Spades - Sprint on the spot for 30 seconds.
♣ - Clubs - Balance on one leg for 30 seconds.
Everyday you will have to pick six cards from the deck of cards (at home or online)!
For example:
If you pick a heart you do 10 star jumps!
